The rent includes everything, for up to 4 guests. Beyond the electricity allowance, any extra is charged at the current regulated rate. A security deposit of €600 is paid before arrival (bank transfer or PayPal) and returned within one week of departure. Every stay is covered by a rental agreement, together with the house rules. Outside the season (mid-October to mid-May): please contact us.
Down payment and cancellation
Your booking is confirmed by signing the agreement and paying a 30% down payment, with the balance due no later than seven days before arrival. If you cancel, the rent for the cancelled nights remains due, minus any nights we manage to re-let; the tourist tax and the security deposit are refunded. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

How does booking work?+
Send a request with your dates and we will reply personally within 24 hours. Every stay is covered by a rental agreement, together with the house rules.
What if I need to cancel?+
Your booking is confirmed by signing the rental agreement and paying a 30% down payment, which commits both parties. If you cancel, the rent for the cancelled nights remains due, minus any nights we manage to re-let; the tourist tax and the security deposit are refunded. If we ever had to cancel, we would refund everything you have paid. We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Is linen provided?+
Bed linen is provided. Please bring your own towels.
How do check-in and check-out work?+
We welcome you in person from 6 pm to hand over the keys and do the inventory. Check-out is before 9:45 am.
What does the price include?+
The rent includes everything: final cleaning, bed linen, Wi-Fi and electricity up to 70 kWh. Beyond that, any extra is charged at the regulated electricity rate. Only the local tourist tax is added.
How are the deposit and any extras paid?+
The €600 security deposit is due before your arrival, by bank transfer or PayPal: no need to carry cash or cheques. It is returned within one week of your departure, less any damage.
Are pets allowed?+
No, pets are not allowed in the house.
Can I come without a car?+
Absolutely: Batz-sur-Mer station has direct high-speed trains from Paris, and the beaches, shops and village are all within walking or cycling distance.
Do you speak English?+
